Feeling excessive heat in summer and excessive cold in winter?

Answer:
Thin skin/thin blood is my guess. I suffer from this as well. I have anemia and recently moved up north from the south. I get cold easily and will also sweat easily. I attribute it to having thin skin and anemia.
